Well i disagree!!

Well I have a different point of view regarding this matter, we must not discourage imports of automobiles in Pakistan, standard of people living in Pakistan is improving day by day, now users can enjoy the luxurious drive from automobiles, moreover if government will stop these imports then it will be unfair to those who can afford these luxurious expensive automobiles because everyone must get equal opportunity to use his purchasing power. Overall it gives a good impression to foreigners and the visitors in Pakistan that the level of poverty is going down as living standard of people is improving.

After 911 cash inflows started injecting in Pakistan's economy because of its role in war on terror which caused expansion in the economy of Pakistan. People living abroad also returned to Pkaistan with their earnings and this caused further expansion. Due to these reasons a property boom came in Pakistan and people had more money at their disposal and to a large extent they used this money in buying big luxursious imported vehicles like BMWs, Mercedez, even expensive Sports cars. Policies of government at that times were in favour of imports so the capital which came in pakistan flew back.

At last some hope!!

At last Pakistan’s industry made progress. With the help of China Pakistan had made two represent able cars. One is 1000cc Cherry QQ, which is comparable with all Pakistan assembled 1000cc cars. This car is almost a copy of chevrolet joy a 1000cc car which is being import in Pakistan. Chevrolet launched two cars in Pakistan, one is OPTRA and other is JOY. Well this car is a good example of growing industry. U more often see this car on roads. Cars specifications are almost equal to Hyundai Santro Executive. Other car is gelly, which is another Pakistan China’s joint venture. This car is 1300cc and is realy sleekly designed. In first look u think like it’s another imported car but its not. Crystal lights at the front and back gives the car a unique look. So in the end I would say that at last we are showing progress in this sector which was near extinction.

Regarding auto mobiles Pakistan is very behind as compare to other companies for example India. We must have a manufacturing plant which will result into our country’s benefit ,this activity will control our imports on automobile and over all from which deficit of import and export in Pakistan will going to decrease in a huge amount because import of automobile has become one of the major activity in Pakistan, moreover manufacturing of automobiles will going to improve our economy to a great extent. This issue must be taken to the government officials so that they can take some notice and implement this activity from which as a nation we all can take advantage.
